Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive an item/goods damaged. Please contact us immediately, please also produce photographic evidence of damage, explaining the circumstances. After inspection by our team, and looking at the photograph we will decide if the item needs returning and possibly replacing. We DO NOT REFUND your MONEY!!! If we cannot ascertain by looking at the photographic evidence the cause, we will ask you to send the item back to us for closer inspection!!! You will need to send the parcel/goods back to us in a timely fashion within 7-10 days of your receipt of parcel - (we do not cover your postage costs)!! We are a small family run company and we cannot absorb extra postage costs. On return of good we will inspect item and then decide if exchange is accepted. We will contact you letting you know our final decision once inspection of said goods has taken place. If exchange is needed we will send out to you that day. If you do not agree to this policy, please refrain from purchasing any of our goods.
